Beautiful yellow robe with white gold reflections. The white flowers and citrus dominance of the nose leads on to notes of honey and dried fruit. The mouth is very well-balanced, skilfully blending vivacity and roundness.

Serving suggestions With a meal :  this Burgundy Chardonnay « Vielles Vignes » will use the charms of its aromatic palette on seafood, fish cooked in sauce or simply-prepared white meats. Trout with asparagus, chicken in white wine sauce or mountain cheese (Alps) are all make excellent companions.

Serving and keeping :
Serve at 12°C (53°F). Ideally should be drunk when in the full fruitness of its youth or can be laid for a few years to enhance its brioche hint.
