Marqués de Monistrol is one of the leading Cava producers having established winemaking at the property in

San Sadurni d’Anoia in 1882, in the heart of Penedès, 40km from Barcelona . Since then quality has been the

byword in the production of some of the best sparkling wines from Spain. Our cavas are produced following the traditional cava method.

Grape varieties: 70% Monastrell, 30% Pinot Noir

Production method: Made using the traditional method, this wine is made from a selection of our best grapes.Second fermentation in bottle and the wine is kept on its lees for 24 months.

Tasting note: Bright straw colour, fresh aromas of herbs and apples and full and long on the finish with a fine mousse. elegant.
