Tasting notes :

Beautiful pale yellow robe with green reflections. Very refreshing, it has notes of apple, lemon and a pleasant minerality. The mouth is round and generous with a nice nervousness.

Serving suggestions:

Excellent as an aperitif or served with seafood.

Serving and keeping
Serve between 8 and 10°C (46°F - 50°F).
Laying: drink now or lie for 1 to 2 years maximum.

Ageing
: The wine is aged on fermentation lees (yeast and dead bacteria) for about 6 months. The lees nourish the wine, providing more fattiness, persistence in the mouth and adding more complexity in its flavours. The final operation is the bottling.
