Our Nuits-Saint-Georges has a very beautiful garnet red colour. The nose has woodland undergrowth and mushroom
aromas as well as red fruit, Virginia tobacco and cocoa notes. He mouth is robust but has harmonious balance. The
finale is long and intensely aromatic.
This Nuits-Saint-Georges is a great wine for all red meats, dishes cooked in wine sauce, marinated game and mature
cheese. Try it with duck filets, artichoke mousse or why not with a seasoned roast pork. Recommended cheeses are
Epoisses or a goat Tomme.

The Nuits Saint Georges AOC covers two communes: Nuits Saint Georges and Prémeaux-Prissey in the direction of
Beaune. Nuits-saint-Georges has given its name to the Côte de Nuits and is almost exclusively dedicated to the
production of red wines made from the Pinot Noir varietal. The Nuits-saint-Georges appellation area stretches across
400 acres on the commune with the same name, and 30 acres on the commune of Prémeaux-Prissey. There are 250
acres of the Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru or Nuits Premier Cru classification located on the commune of
Nuits-Saint-Georges and 105 acres on the commune of Prémeaux-Prissey. The varying orientations and soil types
between the vines located to the south and to the north of Nuits-Saint-Georges produce a certain diversity in the wines.
Our vineyards total almost 2.2 acres and are situated to the south and west of the commune. According to the precise
area, the vines are planted on a considerably steep slope or on deeper clay soils.
