The Quintessense from Gourmel is a very old Cognac, strong and aromatic. This Cognac matured over 25 years in oak barrels, then another 10 years in different casks. The taste and blend of this Cognac hasn't changed since the 19th century. Distiller Gourmel puts it this way: "A rare and selfish pleasure".
