RUINART ROSE, BRUT, MAGNUM

Product code: 90281004
Producer: RUINART
Vintage: 1500ML
Region: CHAMPAGNE
Country: FRANCE
Color: ROSE
Notes:

Intense, fruity and aromatic, Ruinart Rosé owes its sensual elegance to
the marriage of Chardonnay (45%), mainly from the Chardonnay Premiers Crus of the Côte des Blancs, and Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, made into red wine.
The nose is fresh and subtle, ripe with cherry and freshly picked red berries, followed by a splash of flowers and spicy notes

On the palate, the wine is silky and delicately fleshy.

Ruinart Rosé embodies the refined expression of the Ruinart Taste.

From flute to plate

Fruity and subtle, a versatile champagne for daring gastronomic accompaniments. It pairs well with a host of appetizers such as: Andalucian gazpacho, salmon or bluefin tuna sashimi, or beef carpaccio.

For the main course, serve with sweet and sour pink duck breast with cranberries and follow with a dessert of red fruits, balsamic vinegar soup, or raspberry and gooseberry macaroons.

The Chardonnay is the very soul of Ruinart. The grape, mainly harvested from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne
de Reims terroirs, is at the heart of all our cuvées.

With its fresh aromas, vivacity, purity and luminosity, the Chardonnay
is the essence of all our cuvées.

The delicate, fragile Chardonnay will only display the full breadth of its aromatic richness after a slow maturation in the coolness of the Crayères
(our chalk cellars): up to 3 years for non-vintage wines, and 9 to
10 years for a Dom Ruinart.

This maturation is a test of our Cellar Master's skill, required to tame
the capriciousness of this grape unlike any other.

Brightness, intensity and elegance: in the combination of these unique
traits resides the miracle that is called the "Ruinart Taste": an exclusive personality, truly in a class of its own.
